Refund Policy

Last updated: October 2026

Request Window and Scope

You may request a full refund within 7 days of your first payment, without providing a reason. The window is verified against the order record for the first successful payment. The submission timestamp in the support ticket determines whether your request was made within the window. You do not need to report connection issues or complete troubleshooting before requesting a refund.

This policy applies to refunds for VPNJazz subscription services. Please identify the relevant order in your request. For monthly subscriptions, data packages, or mid-cycle upgrades, include each item so the payment and service change records can be checked. A renewal or upgrade does not restart the refund window from your first payment.

Eligibility and Review Criteria

Requests made within the window are covered by the no-reason refund commitment, including those prompted by usage preferences, device compatibility, route experience, or changing personal needs. Data packages do not expire, but that does not mean the refund window remains open indefinitely. Monthly subscription data resets do not change the application deadline under this policy.

Orders outside the request window are not automatically eligible for a full refund without a reason. If payment has not succeeded or an order cannot be verified, the payment status must first be checked or additional information provided. A payment already refunded cannot be submitted again. If you have raised a dispute for the same transaction through your payment provider, mention it in your ticket to avoid duplicate processing.

Accounts involving disputed data usage, unusual activity, or suspected violations of the Terms of Service are reviewed against the order, data deductions, and relevant records. Normal use of the data included in a plan is not, by itself, grounds for denying a refund requested within the window. Refund eligibility will not be replaced by unpublished data thresholds. Any dispute review should state its specific grounds.

How to Request a Refund

  1. Sign in to the user panel, open the support ticket page, and clearly request a refund for the relevant order.
  2. Provide the order number, payment date and time, payment method, and amount paid. If your payment record differs from the status shown in the panel, you may attach proof of transaction and redact information unrelated to this review.
  3. Check for replies in the original ticket and provide any necessary additional information. You may choose to give a reason for your request, but it is not a requirement for a refund within the window.

Do not submit your account password, subscription URL, or payment keys. No email address is required; a username and password are sufficient to create an account. Refund discussions also take place through support tickets in the panel, with no separate email required. If information is missing, the ticket will list the outstanding items, and the recorded submission time will be retained.

Refund Destinations and Payment Methods

Supported payment methods are Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. Alipay and WeChat Pay transactions are generally refunded through the original payment channel; you will not be asked to transfer funds to another account. If the original channel cannot process the refund, the reason and available options must first be discussed in the support ticket. The refund destination will not be changed without confirmation.

USDT transfers use a different refund process from Alipay and WeChat Pay. The original transaction record alone does not confirm that its receiving address can be used again. The return network, address, and amount must be checked and confirmed through a support ticket. If network fees or settlement differences apply, they should be explained in advance; no unverified exchange rate or received amount is promised. Do not send assets yourself as part of any purported refund verification.

Tracking and Follow-Up

Request review, refund initiation, and receipt of funds are separate steps. Arrival time depends on the payment provider's processing status. USDT refunds also depend on network confirmations, so this page does not promise a fixed delivery time. You can check progress in the original support ticket and verify the result against the original payment account or confirmed receipt record.

When processing a refund, the support ticket should identify the relevant order and explain how related service entitlements will be handled, so a refunded order is not mistaken for one that remains active. If the panel shows a refund as complete but the payment record has not updated, keep the ticket and transaction proof and follow up. You can raise policy questions through the same channel and review the Privacy Policy for information-handling practices.
