SIDE B · CONNECTION NOTES

International routes and user experience

Choose a connection like you would pick a track: start with the region you need, then see how it performs in practice. Route names show the path; webpage response, app sessions, and video playback help you decide whether it suits your network.

Choosing a route during peak hours

Your experience during peak hours depends on your local connection, the international route, and the destination service. To compare routes, keep the app and local network unchanged so you can tell regional differences from temporary congestion. VPNJazz offers international routes for different needs; check the panel for currently available options. For meetings, file transfers, and browsing sessions that need a sustained connection, assess the full session rather than just the initial connection. Test stability during the hours you typically use the service.

Anonymous, no-logs policy

VPNJazz's anonymous, no-logs policy describes its approach to privacy; it does not mean all online activity is unlinked to your identity. Websites may still recognize your account through sign-in status, browser data, and information you submit. Keep your connection and app account security separate: protect your password, don't share subscription details publicly, and avoid sending screenshots of your personal panel to strangers. For details on data handling and account policies, read the privacy policy. For account-specific questions, contact support through a panel ticket.

AI tools and streaming

AI tools depend more on session continuity, while streaming services may check account region, content licensing, and the apparent source of a connection. An international route is only one part of access; it does not guarantee that a service will accept that exit location. Check the platform's service availability and account requirements first. After connecting, test sign-in, content loading, and uninterrupted playback separately. If a region message appears, confirm the selected region and the network path used by the app, then try another route. VPNJazz does not equate route coverage with guaranteed access to all content.

Unlimited devices connected at once

Configure Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and Linux according to each platform's instructions. VPNJazz allows unlimited devices to connect at once, so you won't need to keep switching between your computer and personal devices to stay within a device limit. Keep in mind that device count and data allowance are different: devices share the plan's data, and video, file syncing, and background updates all use it. Consider how each device is used, then check your balance in the panel. This is usually more useful than estimating a plan based only on the number of devices.

Data packages never expire

If your usage is irregular, the key difference between a data package and a monthly plan is how the data is used. Data packages last until used up and never expire, making them suitable for occasional research or a backup connection. Monthly plans reset data on the activation date and suit ongoing use. Choose based on how often you use international services, not price alone. Package prices and allowances are listed in the plans section. Check your balance: never expiring refers to the time limit, not unlimited data.

7-day refund policy

The best way to tell whether a route suits your network is to test it in your usual conditions. VPNJazz offers a 7-day refund policy; see the refund policy for application details. After getting started, check the connection on your usual device and network, at the times you normally use it. Test webpage loading, account sign-in, and longer sessions. If it doesn't meet your needs, submit a panel ticket with your order details and request. Keep troubleshooting feedback separate from a refund request so support can understand what you need, and so repeated troubleshooting isn't mistaken for a prerequisite to requesting a refund.

What to consider before subscribing

When comparing VPN services, consider routes, usage rules, and account management separately. Country coverage indicates the range of exit regions; device rules explain how to use the service across your everyday devices; billing determines when data resets and how it's consumed. Each answers a different question. VPNJazz lists these details on the page, so you can check what fits your needs before continuing in the panel.

When you first use the service, no email is required; a username and password are all you need. Keep your account details safe. Subscription details and client links are available in the panel, not as public links on marketing pages. Before installing, read the quick-start guide and follow the steps to get a client, import your subscription, connect, and verify. If you run into an issue, note the error message and selected region, but never share account credentials publicly.

SIDE C · ROUTE SELECTION

Global routes and region selection

90+ countries / 250+ routes. The table below previews popular regions; it does not indicate specific cities, fixed route types, or streaming results. Check the panel for the current list.

Start with your destination, then choose an exit region

Research, work apps, and region-specific content can have different requirements. For general browsing, start with a region that works well with your local connection. For services with regional licensing, check the platform's account and content rules first. Don't assume apps will behave the same just because their region names are similar. Route type alone doesn't determine performance; your current network and the destination service matter too.

For a useful comparison, keep the test conditions consistent: use the same device, local network, and destination app, switching routes one at a time and noting what happens. If a webpage loads but an app won't sign in, check whether the app is using the expected route. If the connection looks fine but video buffers, consider playback settings and your local network too. These details are more useful for troubleshooting than simply saying “the connection is slow.”

Separate connection status from access results

A connected status in the client confirms that a connection has been established, but you still need to check how traffic from each app is routed. Per-app settings, system proxies, and an app's own network behavior can all affect the final exit region. After importing your subscription, verify the exit region first, then open the app you actually want to use. If the result differs from what you expected, check the user guide step by step instead of changing every setting at once.

The route status section below is for browsing route information; it is not an end-to-end test from your device to a destination service. Choose routes based on your experience in the apps you use. Visit the global nodes page for the full route range, region categories, and selection tips. Check the panel for currently available subscription options.

Route selection tip: The record-style lineup above is a visual guide to route selection, not an indication that your device is currently connected. Check the client to confirm your connection status.

SIDE D · SUBSCRIPTION NOTES

Monthly plans and data packages

Monthly plans reset data on your activation date. Choose a billing option based on your usage pattern, then select an allowance based on actual use across browsing, video, and file transfers.

Monthly plan · 60GB

Light use

¥9.9 / month

60GB

A good fit for research, browsing, and text-based communication. Whether it's enough depends on file sizes, video viewing, and background syncing.

  • Data resets monthly on your activation date
  • Unlimited devices connected at once
  • 7-day refund policy

Monthly plan · 500GB

More data

¥28 / month

500GB

A good fit for frequent file transfers and video. A larger data allowance increases the total available data; it does not guarantee app speeds or access to specific regions.

  • Data resets monthly on your activation date
  • Unlimited devices connected at once
  • 7-day refund policy

Occasional use: data packages

¥158 / 300GB · ¥358 / 1000GB · ¥658 / 3000GB

Use it until it's gone; it never expires. Suited to irregular use or keeping data in reserve. These packages follow a different rule from monthly plans, which reset data each month.

Estimate by data use, not time connected

Even while connected, browsing text-heavy websites uses far less data than streaming video. To decide if a plan fits, consider what you actually do online: images and attachments, app updates, cloud syncing, and file transfers all add to your data use. If you switch between a computer and other devices, account for background tasks too. Unlimited devices gives you flexibility in how you connect, but it doesn't change the data allowance for each plan.

If you're not sure how much data you use, start by listing your usual activities, then check your data usage in the panel as you go. If you need a higher allowance, mid-cycle upgrades are prorated by the remaining days. Monthly plan data resets on your activation date, not automatically at the start of each calendar month. Check your activation date to understand changes in your balance.

Payments and account management

VPNJazz accepts Alipay, WeChat Pay, and USDT. Choose a plan, review orders, access subscriptions, and contact support through the user panel. After payment, return to the panel to confirm your order status and plan details before importing it into a client. A payment page's status alone doesn't confirm that the client is ready to use. If you have an order question, open a panel ticket and include relevant order details.

The 7-day refund policy is a service commitment; see the refund policy for full application rules. When comparing plans, consider the price, reset schedule, and your actual needs together. If you only need an international connection occasionally, compare data packages. If you use it throughout your workday and free time, start by looking at monthly plan allowances. The plans page lists full prices and terms for you to review.
