Monthly plans suit users with relatively consistent usage. Reading international websites, working with online documents, and watching videos can use very different amounts of data. Background syncing and file transfers also affect total usage. Start with your main activities, then check the usage records in your account panel. Don’t convert a data allowance directly into viewing hours: video quality, app settings, and the content itself all affect data use.
Monthly data resets on the activation date, not uniformly at the start of each calendar month. Plan around your reset date rather than the calendar month. The price difference for a mid-cycle upgrade is converted into remaining days, so review the change details shown in the account panel before proceeding. Featured plans are highlighted for ease of comparison; this doesn’t indicate an extra discount, dedicated routes, or different refund terms.

Data packs remain available until used and never expire, making them useful if you don’t want to plan around a monthly reset date. “Never expires” refers to the data’s validity, not unlimited data; each connection still uses your allowance. Before choosing a data pack, consider whether you often go for long periods without using the service or need to transfer files or stream media in concentrated bursts.
The main difference between data packs and monthly plans is how data is allocated, not just the order price. Monthly plans provide an allowance that resets each month; data packs provide an allowance that is consumed over time. They don’t represent equivalent billing periods. For changes to an existing plan or switching between products, check the account panel instructions first; no stacking order or automatic merging is assumed here.

Anonymous, no logs. For installation, connection, or order issues, submit a ticket in the account panel with the relevant device details, error message, and steps taken.
Streaming services and AI tools are potential international access use cases, but availability depends on each service’s regional rules, account status, and your own testing. A plan’s data allowance doesn’t guarantee access to a specific content library. If you run into issues, check route connectivity and the destination service’s restrictions separately.
Decide whether you want a fixed monthly allowance or data that remains available as you use it. You don’t need to trade off device limits or platform support between the two plan types.

Unlimited simultaneous devices removes the limit on the number of connected devices; it doesn’t change the plan’s total data allowance. Syncing on a computer, video playback on a tablet, and background updates on other devices can all use data at the same time. When sharing an account, agree in advance on how to handle large file transfers and streaming, and check the usage records regularly rather than waiting until your balance is low to work out what happened.
A larger allowance can’t replace testing the route. Your connection depends on your local network, the destination service, and the route taken, so performance may vary by situation even with the same allowance. For access to a particular platform, first make sure your client is configured correctly, then check the exit route and destination app. See the user guide for steps; not every issue is caused by your plan tier.
Pay with Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. Choose a plan, pay, and review order records in the account panel.
No email address required; create an account with a username and password. In the account panel, check whether you’ve selected a monthly plan or a data pack, then verify the price and data allowance. Don’t rely on a card’s position to identify your selection; confirm each detail in the order summary before paying.
If you already have a plan, check your remaining data, reset date, and any change instructions. For a mid-cycle monthly plan upgrade, the price difference is converted into remaining days; review the details before checkout. When switching products, don’t assume any unlisted credit or data-stacking rules.
Pay using the method shown at checkout, then return to the account panel to check your order status. Keep the records related to the order so you can identify it if there’s a status issue. If the payment hasn’t appeared on the page yet, check the order before trying to pay again.
Once you’ve confirmed your plan status, get your subscription details and client links from the account panel. Subscription information is account access data and shouldn’t be shared publicly. If your payment record doesn’t match the order status, submit a ticket with the order ID, selected plan, and relevant messages. Don’t disclose account details on public pages.
Refund Policy
Submit refund requests through a ticket in the account panel. Specify the order and explain your request. If you’re also having connection issues, include relevant details so the support team can distinguish troubleshooting from refund handling. You don’t need to share your password or full subscription details to describe the issue.
Check replies and progress in the same ticket after submitting. Keep any additional information in that ticket where possible. No additional payment processing time is specified, and no processing-time guarantees are made on behalf of payment providers.
